About the author

Jess Borham is a Campaign Planner at telephone fundraising agency Pell & Bales. She joined as a fundraiser in 2008 raising thousands of pounds for charities including Cancer Research UK, British Red Cross, UNICEF and Barnardo’s; providing her with an excellent foundation to join the accounts team in 2010. She is now responsible for designing, implementing and developing campaign strategies across multiple clients to deliver the best possible income, lifetime value and supporter experience.
